CakeMix delivers dynamic story experiences that adapt to you. A modular scenario system lets every narrative shift naturally - from sweet romance to fully explicit encounters - based on your choices and personal content settings. Every playthrough is a fresh, unique story.

With over 200 ready-to-play scenarios, plus the option to create your own, you can explore endless possibilities. Save, load, and customise adventures, with full support for names, pronouns, and templates. Advanced users can even edit scenarios externally, giving total creative control.

Personality Profiles

Every character in CakeMix is more than just dialogue - they think, feel, and act according to a unique personality. The Personality Profiles system offers over 130 distinctive types, each shaped to guide AI behaviour naturally and believably.

Profiles are built around the OCEAN (or Big Five Personality) model, defining traits like creativity, sociability, friendliness, and emotional sensitivity. This means every custom character reacts, responds, and develops in ways that feel authentic.

Additional Notes: Performance scales with available system RAM and GPU VRAM when running larger language models.
* Special Note for AMD GPU Users on Windows
If the game’s AI runs only on CPU (extremely slow), it means the runtime is failing to use your graphics card. By default it tries CUDA (NVIDIA only), then AMD HIP (not supported on Windows), and finally falls back to CPU.
To fix this:
  • Open the CakeMix install folder.
  • Find the folder named 'windows-hip'.
  • Rename it (e.g. windows-hip.bak) or delete it.
  • Restart CakeMix. It will now use Vulkan on your AMD card, which is much faster.
This change is safe, because HIP doesn’t work on Windows anyway. And... This only affects the game’s AI runtime. Do not touch any HIP or AMD folders outside the CakeMix install folder.
